Definition of Strategic Objectives
The definition of strategic objectives is the formalization of the paths the company intends to walk through. BExpert, jointly with the company, will create the best alternatives to be chosen, setting the basis for the software implementation.
Selection of Objectives
The first implementation stage is started. In this phase, the scope of the project is identified, in which it is outlined what must be done during the project and how this will be performed, taking into account the resources that will be used.
Process Design
The process is a series of steps created to produce a product or service. Through the company’s process detailing, we have as a purpose the structuring of the customer’s value chain, making sure the product becomes more important for the end costumer.
Training
Change Management
BExpert provides training to insert the new processes studied and concretized in consulting. Change management has the purpose of promoting promote the understanding, accepting and commitment of the main people involved in the software internalization process, which are some of the critical success factors for the new model.
Tool
Once the BExpert System is implemented, we provide training services so the employees can develop from basic usage notions to specific functions for a determined administrative area.
Support
The support to the implemented solution has the purpose to ensure a good post-go-live service, by making resources available to support doubts or new training needs, as well as new features negotiation.
