What is Siebel®?
Siebel® (Oracle®) provides software solutions for customer relationship management (CRM), as well as Business Intelligence applications and standardized integrations. The system supports call-center services, trade-marketing and sales force of large corporations.
Available in more than 20 vertical versions for specific sectors, most implementations, however, must be adapted and installed by specialized companies.
This is Bexpert’s role: to provide advisory services for planning, installation, configuration, interface creation with legacy systems and updating Siebel® systems.
What is the target audience?
Large companies that have the need to automate and improve their sales and customer relationship areas by purchasing the Siebel® system. Companies that already have the Siebel® system in their enterprises and which wish to update the version, add new modules or obtain support.
