BExpert has another important partnership, with Oracle University. The agreement allows the company to offer courses on CRM tools, including: Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand.

All the material used by BExpert is supplied by Oracle University and the courses are pre-requisites in professional certification.

In addition to regular courses, BExpert offers support in:

» The putting together of special courses comprising modules or parts of regular courses
